1 Introduction and Acceptance

tkgame.cam ("tkgame", "we", "our", "platform") is an online betting and casino service platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and tkgame. When you access our website, create an account, or use our services, you are agreeing to these Terms.

3.3 KYC Verification

In accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) policy, we may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. A copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence may be requested for this purpose. Failure to provide documents in a timely manner may delay the withdrawal process.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes after approval. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method approved by tkgame.

• Your account must be fully verified before requesting a withdrawal.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tkgame offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more → Maximum ৳10,000 bonus → Total ৳22,000

5.2 VIP Program

tkgame operates three VIP tiers for regular players: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular gaming activity. Each bonus and promotion has its own terms and conditions, which will be published at the relevant time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If any evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, tkgame reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any earnings from the account and to suspend the account. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

6 Gaming Rules

tkgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• If there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• If KYC verification fails or false information has been provided.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If found to be a minor during age verification.

If there is any valid balance at the time of account cancellation, it will be returned after verification, unless forfeited due to a breach of terms and conditions.

11 Limitation of Liability

tkgame is not liable for the following:

• Game loss due to disconnection of your internet connection.
• Delays caused by technical issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Issues arising from problems with your device or software.

Our total liability shall in no case exceed the total amount deposited by you in the three months related to the incident in question.
